Another meowrning, another workday ahead of us, and goodness, we could use a laugh. Getting out of bed is hard enough as it is, but when the world is so crazy, it's somehow even harder. Really, the only two things that can get us out of bed smiling in the mornings are funny cat memes and, of course, our cats waking us up by sitting directly on our chests and meowing their little faces off. But since the latter is not happening right meow… silly cat memes it is.  

And don't let anyone tell you that starting your morning with a bunch of cat memes is a non-productive thing to do. Because they're wrong. It's the most productive thing! Because doing it means getting out of bed with a smile, a gentle snort and uplifted spirits, and really, is there anything more that we could ask for in the middle of the work week?

    Truly, there is something so maddening about the fact that this happens so often. We're trying to sleep, moving around to get all comfy and peaceful, and suddenly, out of nowhere, scaring the heck out of us, a cat pounces on our feet. Terrifying. Hilarious.     This was honestly the only correct decision to make. Everyone knows that if cats could speak, they would be the best criminal defense lawyers out there. They would be sassy and unrelenting and loud. So it only makes sense to do this. Maybe, eventually, their world takeover will come in the form of lawyering.
